My mom recently purchased a copy of "Before You Call Mom" for me. I graduated from high school last spring and am in my second semester of college now.

There is a lot of information in this book! So far, it has helped me figure out how to get a stain out of my favorite shirt, how to balance my checkbook, and how to get my resume written so I can start looking for my summer intership.

Leaving home and starting college has been difficult - especially living 5 hours away from home, but Before You Call Mom provides instructions on a lot of those basics of life I didn't learn at home. I highly recommend this book!

This book is my favorite gift for the graduates in my life. I like to tuck 5- and 10-dollar bills between the pages for the student to find someday when they least expect it!! They are always amazed by the wealth of information in here.

I was given this book as a present- let me tell you it has come in handy. Whether you 18 and moving out on your own for the first time or your almost 26 and have been on your own for years this book is always usefull. I love re-reading it and enjoy sharing it with my friends who children are about to leave home for the first time. This has become my favorite gift to give to my friends and my friend's children.
